• Minimum order value of £115.00 on all products
• We will deliver your order within 5 working days after the date of your order (unless otherwise stated or requested).
• We deliver to the majority of properties in mainland England and Wales. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver to your property a full refund will be given.
• Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment is to be made, in advance, of delivery.
• Weekday Deliveries are between 9am and 5pm. The carrier will call you to confirm a delivery date. They are unable to confirm a time.
• Your order will be delivered on a pallet by a lorry with a tail lift to the rear. A pallet trolley is then used to manoeuvre your order to a suitable point on your property. This may be the nearest point to your property on the pavement due to an uneven surface i.e. gravel or poor access.
• A charge may be made for re-delivery if you fail to notify us at time of order, of any access restrictions or issues that may prevent us delivering to your property.
• LOG STORES. THERE IS A THREE WEEK LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERIES.  The Log Store is delivered Flat Pack and requires Assembly.
